It has fluxgate technology, displacement signal output, detection accuracy up to 1mm, detection response time 5ms, N-pole magnetic stripe and S-pole magnetic stripe detection, sensitivity adjustable, support RS-232, CAN Open, RS485-Modbus-RTU.

  • Using fluxgate technology, compared with the traditional Hall detection sensor, it solves the temperature drift problem, and the signal detection is more stable and reliable. The signal acquisition point with 10mm spacing, the signal detection output response time is less than 5ms, which can be used for track correction at high speed.
  • Compatible detection of N pole magnetic stripe and S pole magnetic stripe, a total of 10 sensitivity adjustment gears from 0 to 9 can be set to adapt to different installation heights. If the hardware is abnormal, the output will be stopped actively.
  • Compact structure design, internal silicone potting, reliable detection under high frequency vibration.
  • It supports three output modes: RS-232, CAN Open, RS485-Modbus-RTU, and supports the interconnection of multiple devices.
  • The operating environment temperature can reach -10℃~+50℃, and the protection grade is IP67, which can meet most of the harsh operating environments.
