Precautions

• Before starting the machine, carefully check whether the product manual is consistent with the encoder model and whether the wiring is correct.
• Elastic soft connection is adopted between the encoder shaft and the output shaft at the user end to avoid damage to the encoder shaft system due to the string and jump of the user shaft.
• Please pay attention to the permissible shaft load when installing.
• It should be ensured that the difference between the encoder shaft and the user’s output shaft is less than 0.20mm, and the declination angle with the axis is less than 1.5°.
• Try to avoid knocking and beating and collision during installation
• Do not connect the power wire and the ground wire in reverse.
• The ground wire should be as thick as possible, generally larger than φ3.
• Do not overlap the output lines of the encoder to avoid damage to the output circuit.
• The signal line of the encoder should not be connected to the DC power supply or the AC current, so as not to damage the output circuit.
• The motor and other equipment connected with the encoder should be well grounded.
• Shielded cables should be used for wiring.
• Avoid using in strong electromagnetic wave environment.
