AGC Drive Assembly
DA2
The DA2 AGV differential-speed drive module is mainly composed of a magnetic navigation sensor, a spring suspension mechanism and a drive module chassis. When the drive module is walking on the magnetic track, the magnetic navigation sensor sends the detected deviation signal to the single-chip control system. The control system continuously adjusts the speed of the two motors according to the deviation signal to adjust the direction of the drive module so that the sensor is located in the center of the track , To realize the function of traveling along the specified track.
As a standardized organization, the AGV drive module cannot move independently. The drive module is usually installed under the chassis of the four-wheeler, and the chassis of the four-wheeler is connected to the chassis of the drive unit via a spring suspension mechanism.
Due to the function of the spring suspension mechanism, the two wheels of the drive module can be reliably contacted with the ground and drive the four-wheel vehicle to move. The differential drive module has simple installation and maintenance, reliable operation and flexible steering. After installing the control system and man-machine interface, the ordinary trolley can also be modified into an AGV.
